You can view current and past support requests in your account at any time.
Step 1. Login to your Ghost account.
Step 2. Click on your name on the top right and then click on "My Account"
You will then be taken to your "My Requests" page where you'll be able to see all past and currently open support requests and their status. To view the details of one, just click on its subject.
On this page you can view all of the details of the support request, including the recordings of phone calls you've had with us on this subject. If you need to reply to a message we've sent or want to followup on it, click "Add to conversation" and submit a message.
